Q: What are the "system requirements" of the Lock-On Report™? What software and hardware are needed?

A: The Lock-On Report™ requires only internet access, an  email program like Outlook or Thunderbird, and Microsoft Excel to have full functionality. A PBX (phone switch) with call-accounting software is needed for the most accurate phone time measurements. This is highly recommended, as phone time is your most important metric to track, but not necessary in order to use the system.

Q: I have a single-desk operation and don't have any employees. Do you work with small shops like mine?

A: Absolutely! The Lock-On Report™ is designed to help improve performance on an individual basis. Teams benefit greatly, but performance transformation is a highly personal matter, no matter the number of those involved. Furthermore, owners with working desks and solo recruiters will find that the accountability structure inherent in the system can make up for one of the major negative sides of working for one's self: the need for self-discipline.
